Swamp Cave is up there, too, though I personally haven't had as much luck. IMO, you're best running Swamp Cave and Lost Faith until you get a little more advanced, at which ... Carnos are great now for killing tanky creatures fast. A good imprinted carno with a decent saddle and some points in speed can kill a 150 wild golem in less than 2 minutes bc of the bleed attack. Bleed damage is percentage based, has nothing to do with the actual melee stat so it's doing 1% of total hp every second.

Fly in jump off at the water then whistle it to follow, swim through then walk to the the bit that sticks out on the ledge and it will follow you through. To get it back out just do the same. Done it last night its still possible after the patch. Edit: My Ptera is level 248 you may need a decent level Ptera.

The Central Cave is a cave in the central part of The Island. The cave contains the Artifact of the Clever, needed to summon the Broodmother Lysrix.
